NOTE: Before making a purchase, it’s important that you don’t schedule any installation work until your items arrive FROM YOUR LOCAL NIKO BATHROOMS RETAILER and have been checked thoroughly by you. We are not liable for any plumbers’ costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way. We require to be notified of any damaged goods within 48 hours.
1. Order Acceptance and Processing
How Quoting Works
We supply the plumbing trade via a comprehensive network of Plumbing/Heating Wholesalers, Builders Merchants, DIY Stores and Bathroom Showrooms throughout Ireland.
You cannot buy products straight from our website but we have brought the showroom experience straight to you with our Quoting system:
As you browse through our products click on the ADD TO QUOTE LIST button.
This creates your “quoting list”.
Submit this list via our automated system.
You will then receive your quote via email.
Please check your spam box.
Using one of our wide range of retailers you can then use this quote to order your products in-store.
We will then deliver your order direct to the retailer.
2. Description of goods
All images, product descriptions and specifications are for the purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. We always try to insure that this information is regularly updated. However, we advise that you seek technical advice form a qualified source prior to ordering and before any work is carried out.
We will do our utmost to ensure that colours of products represented in photos match as closely as possible to the physical product, However, some colours may vary slightly, this may be due to the way your monitor displays colour or the lighting of the image during the photography process.
3. Made to order products
Made to order products are manufactured to the customers specifications and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered unless the item arrives damaged. Delivery times may be slightly longer on made to order products.
4. Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods at any time.
This can take into account any increase in our suppliers process or in any tax increases.
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website or in store then Niko Bathrooms will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
